CONTINUOUS CYCLE BUFFING MACHINE B.C.12
The machine is installed downstream of the continuous cycle polishing machine Mod. L.C.6, thus allowing a line production.
The machine is made up of a rotating cross beam equipped with four buffing units bearing three pads each.
The machine operates through three rotating movements: each buffing pad rotates; the four buffing units rotate on their axis and the cross beam, bearing the buffing units, rotates around the central axis of the machine. This system ensures excellent buffing and the panels being processed are perfectly clean from the polishing waste.
The panels are fed by a vacuum belt conveyor at variable speed via an inverter.
The polishing compound, which is contained in a tank, is sprayed by 2 guns directly on the panels. The guns are installed at the entry of the machine.
All working operations can be set in a simple and user-friendly way from a touch screen.
