POLISHING MACHINE MOD. S.L.S.
The polishing machine is made of strong structure of solded that guarantees its stability and long working life.
The polishing machine MOD. S.L.S. allow the working of curved panels of Polyesters, Polyuretanics and other various types of paint.
The polishing of curved panels is carried out by templates located on back of the working table.
A feeler roll moves on the templates shape and its moving generate the same movement on the table which moves according to a decimal precision thanks to the use of a MOOG proportional valve.
The working table is composed of a mobile table having a length of 4300 mm and a width of 1000 mm.
All table movements are controlled by a hydraulic unit composed of 2 cylinders
for the table traverse movement and of 2 cylinders for the table lifting.
The machine is composed of a polishing roll with a 50 mm swinging movement and which is amde up of 400 mm diameter cotton disks.
The dimension of the machine can be changed in order to the customer requirements.
Our machines are equipped with all safety devices in accordance with international safety standart.
