AUTOMATIC POLISHING AND BUFFING MACHINE MOD. L.B.A. 1350

The Automatic Polishing and Buffing machine Model L.B.A. 1350 is designed for polishing and buffing of panels finished with Polyesters, Polyuretanics and with other various types of paint.
The concept of polishing and buffing of the L.B.A. fully revolutionize the traditional polishing. The Main Group is composed of four rotating polishing rolls made up of cotton disks and of four buffing pads. The four rolls and the four pads turn clockwise and counterclockwise. The rolls turn on themselves and have a swinging movement.
Once the panels are placed on the working table, they are automatically polished and then automatically buffed, sparing time and hand-labour.

Thanks to the two working tables the machine never stops for loading and unloading the panels, thus granting a double operating speed and a double output.
