CONTINUOUS CYCLE POLISHING MACHINE, model LC6 1350

The new Continuous Cycle Polishing Machine represents a revolution in the field of polishing in that its operates in a completely different way from the classical polishing machines that have been put on the market up to now. This model is particularly suitable for customers with a high daily productivity.
The machine is made up of 6 rolls that turn simultaneously about their own axis and about the central shaft of the cross. Four rolls are set at 90° to the work table and two at 30°. This layout cuts machining time and ensures high quality.
The panels are fed by a belt at a variable speed via an inverter.
The belt is also equipped with a vacuum system, which is indispensable for gripping the workpiece during the machining phase.
The wax, which is contained in a tank, is sprayed by 3 guns directly onto the rolls, thus guaranteeing a uniform absorption of wax by the cotton discs. This system ensures an excellent finish and uniform disc consumption along the entire length of the roll.
The feed rate, roll pressure, speed of rotation and amount of wax may be set in a simple and user-friendly way from a touch screen.
